You can use it to smash your steaks and burger while they’re on the grill. It’s made of stainless steel 304, which is the most common for all what touches food and hygiene. You have the choice between 2 models A and B.
Size is about: 30×7 cm / 12×2.7 inches – 29×7 cm / 11.5×2.7 inches. You can wash it easily with soapy water, or in the dishwasher, then let it dry easily.

(As the handle is made of wood, it could have some crack on it. That’s totally normal)
