Ingredients:

  1. Shape the Buns:
  • Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal-sized portions. Shape each portion into a smooth ball and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a bun burger mold.

  • Cover the shaped buns with a towel and let them rise for another 30-45 minutes.
